1. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially consumed food items cannot be returned. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Ket6eocNhung11903@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refund Processing Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
