Cancellation policy

  1. Pre-order & Deposit Order Cancellation

    Customers may fully cancel any pre-order or deposit purchase before our warehouse begins production and shipment processing. To submit a cancellation request, please email our support team at [Your Store Support Email] with your order number.

  • Full deposit/down payment refund: Requests submitted 48 hours prior to production start time
  • Partial refund (80% of paid amount): Requests submitted within 48 hours before production starts; a 20% processing & material reservation fee will be deducted
  • No refund available: Once the printing, cutting, or shipping process has started for your custom printed t-shirt/short sleeve order.

  1. Non-Custom Ready Stock Purchase Cancellation

    For in-stock plain short sleeve tees without custom printing:

    You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours after checkout, before shipping label generation. If your package has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as standard return requests subject to our return policy.

  2. Custom Printed Apparel Exception

    All graphic printed, personalized text custom short sleeves are made-to-order exclusively for each customer. Once production commences, orders cannot be canceled or modified, as we cannot resell personalized printed clothing to other buyers.

  3. Refund Processing Timeline

    Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm your cancellation request. Bank processing delays may apply and are outside our control.
